Rudy's Bbq Sauce
This homemade BBQ sauce is a perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and smoky flavors. It's great for marinating, grilling, or dipping your favorite meats.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before using.
