Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, coat the sliced beef with flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and brown the beef strips. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
