Ingredients
- 500g Pugliese pasta
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Pugliese pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce, half of the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
