Ingredients

  • 500g Pugliese pasta
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Pugliese pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
