Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup rye bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the rye bread crumbs, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the top of each salmon fillet with olive oil, then press the rye bread crumb mixture onto the top of the fillets to form a crust.
