Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Place the ribs in a roasting pan and brush the sauce mixture over the ribs, covering them evenly.
  4. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
  5. Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting the ribs with the sauce every 10 minutes.
  6. Once the ribs are caramelized and tender, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
