Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Place the ribs in a roasting pan and brush the sauce mixture over the ribs, covering them evenly.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting the ribs with the sauce every 10 minutes.
- Once the ribs are caramelized and tender, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
