Ingredients
- 4 large carrots, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, minced garlic, and chopped chili pepper.
