Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings
- 1/2 cup ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each chicken wing at the joint and push the meat down to form a "cup".
- In a bowl, mix the ground pork, garlic, shallot, fish sauce, soy sauce, palm sugar, black pepper, cilantro, and green onions.
- Stuff each chicken wing with the pork mixture.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the stuffed chicken wings on all sides.
- Transfer the wings to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
