Ingredients

  • 8 chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut each chicken wing at the joint and push the meat down to form a "cup".
  3. In a bowl, mix the ground pork, garlic, shallot, fish sauce, soy sauce, palm sugar, black pepper, cilantro, and green onions.
  4. Stuff each chicken wing with the pork mixture.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the stuffed chicken wings on all sides.
  6. Transfer the wings to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
