Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
- Add fresh basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
