Saffron Almond Milk, also known as Kesar Badam Milk, is a traditional Indian beverage that is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. This creamy and aromatic drink is perfect for any occasion and can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds, soaked overnight
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Slivered almonds and pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the soaked almonds and blend them with 2 cups of water until smooth.
- Strain the almond mixture through a muslin cloth, extracting the almond milk into a bowl.
- In a saucepan, heat the remaining 2 cups of water with sugar, saffron threads, and cardamom powder.
- Once the sugar has dissolved and the mixture comes to a gentle boil, add the almond milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Refrigerate the saffron almond milk for a few hours until chilled.
- Garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios before serving.
