Ingredients
- 200g sago pearls
- 200g gula melaka (palm sugar), chopped
- 400ml coconut milk
- Pinch of salt
- Water
Instructions
- Soak the sago pearls in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the soaked sago pearls. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pearls turn translucent. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In another pot, combine the coconut milk, gula melaka, and a pinch of salt. Cook over low heat until the gula melaka is fully dissolved, stirring constantly.
- Divide the cooked sago pearls into serving bowls and pour the gula melaka coconut milk mixture over the pearls.
- Serve the Sago Gula Melaka Bliss either warm or chilled.
