Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3 cups fish or seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup peas
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the diced potatoes to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the fish or seafood stock and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Add the fish fillets, shrimp, and crab meat to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, corn kernels, and peas. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer the chowder for another 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Once the chowder is ready, ladle it into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.
