Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh fish fillets, cut into chunks

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1/2 cup peas

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. Add the diced potatoes to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour in the fish or seafood stock and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Add the fish fillets, shrimp, and crab meat to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, corn kernels, and peas. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Simmer the chowder for another 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  7. Once the chowder is ready, ladle it into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.
