Ingredients
- 2 lbs cassava leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the cassava leaves, beef, onion, and tomatoes.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in the peanut butter and season with salt and pepper. Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
