Saka Saka (cassava Leaf Soup)

Ingredients
- 2 lbs cassava leaves, washed and finely chopped
- 1 lb meat (chicken, beef, or fish), cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups water or broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the cassava leaves, meat, onion, and tomatoes.
- Add water or broth to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Add the peanut butter to the pot and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for an additional 30 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Serve the Saka Saka hot with rice or fufu.
