Ingredients

  • 1 lb reindeer meat, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the reindeer meat over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and potatoes to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the frozen peas and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Line a pie dish with one sheet of puff pastry. Pour the meat and vegetable mixture into the dish.
  6. Cover the filling with the second sheet of puff pastry, sealing the edges. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
