Ingredients
- 1 lb reindeer meat, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the reindeer meat over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, carrots, and potatoes to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the frozen peas and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a pie dish with one sheet of puff pastry. Pour the meat and vegetable mixture into the dish.
- Cover the filling with the second sheet of puff pastry, sealing the edges. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
