Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, birch syrup, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
- Serve hot with additional birch syrup if desired.
