Instructions

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
  7. Serve hot with additional birch syrup if desired.
