Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh lingonberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the lingonberries, sugar, water, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries burst and the mixture thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let the chutney cool to room temperature.
