Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh lingonberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the lingonberries, sugar, water, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries burst and the mixture thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the chutney cool to room temperature.
- Transfer the chutney to a sterilized jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
