Ingredients
- 200g Arctic char fillet, skin removed
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Season the Arctic char fillet with salt and pepper, then cook it on a stovetop until flaky. Let it cool, then break it into bite-sized pieces.
