Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • Water for sealing the dumplings

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, and cilantro until well combined.
  2. Place a small amount of the meat mixture onto a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat to seal the dumpling.
  3. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the dumplings to the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  5. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
