Ingredients

  • 4 wild-caught salmon fillets
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sear the salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion, chopped tomatoes, and sliced bell pepper until softened.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve the Sakha Suvuun hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
