Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (700g) beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 4 metal or soaked wooden skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef, onion, bell pepper, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin. Toss to coat the meat and vegetables evenly.
- Thread the marinated beef, onion, and bell pepper onto the skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
