Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (700g) beef, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 4 metal or soaked wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef, onion, bell pepper, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin. Toss to coat the meat and vegetables evenly.
  2. Thread the marinated beef, onion, and bell pepper onto the skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
