Ingredients

  • 500g Yak meat, cubed
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 4 cups beef or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the cubed Yak meat over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and frozen peas to the pot.
  4. Pour in the beef or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour or until the Yak meat is tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
