Ingredients
- 500g Yak meat, cubed
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 4 cups beef or vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the cubed Yak meat over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and frozen peas to the pot.
- Pour in the beef or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour or until the Yak meat is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
