Ingredients
- 2 cups grated cassava
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the grated cassava, grated coconut, coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
