Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes, boiled and diced
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup diced pickles

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
