Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
