  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 3-4 scotch bonnet peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced conch, red onion, bell peppers, cucumber, and tomatoes.
  2. Add the chopped scotch bonnet peppers and mix well.
