Salade Fig (green Fig Salad)

Ingredients
- 4 green figs, peeled and sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green figs, red onion, bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
