Ingredients

  • 4 green figs, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
