Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green papaya, shredded carrot, cherry tomatoes, crushed peanuts, cilantro, mint, green beans, and sliced red chili (if using).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce (or soy sauce), brown sugar, and minced garlic until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
