Ingredients

  • 1 cup chikanda (African wild orchid tubers), grated

  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion until translucent.
  2. Add the grated chikanda and diced cassava to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
