Ingredients
- 1 cup chikanda (African wild orchid tubers), grated
- 2 cups cassava, peeled and diced

- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cups vegetable broth

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the grated chikanda and diced cassava to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, vegetable broth, nutmeg, paprika, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the cassava is tender.
