Ingredients
- 1 cup chikanda, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups cassava, peeled and diced

- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chikanda and cassava to the pan and stir-fry for 10 minutes until they start to brown.
- Add the onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
