Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
