Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer half of the sliced potatoes and onions in a greased baking dish.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on top of the potatoes and onions, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top the salmon with the remaining potatoes and onions.
  5. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, broth, Parmesan cheese, and dill. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and salmon.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
