Salmon Sourdough Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 cups fish or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion, celery, and carrots until softened.
  2. Add the potatoes and broth, then simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in the sourdough starter and water, then add the salmon chunks and coconut milk.
