Salmon Sourdough Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 cups fish or vegetable broth
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion, celery, and carrots until softened.
- Add the potatoes and broth, then simmer until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the sourdough starter and water, then add the salmon chunks and coconut milk.
