Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh wild Alaskan salmon, skin removed
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into small cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add the red onion, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to the bowl with the salmon.
- Gently mix the ingredients together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the salmon tartare into serving dishes and serve immediately.
