Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh salmonberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the salmonberries and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, mashing the berries with a spoon as they cook.

- Add the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan with the salmonberry liquid. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
