Ingredients
- 1 lb salted cod, soaked and flaked
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed

- 2 eggs

Instructions

- Add the eggs and flour to the mixture, stirring until everything is well combined.

- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on all sides, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
