Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the same skillet. Add the onion, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the Salteado de Carne e Legumes hot.
