Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the same skillet. Add the onion, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and serve the Salteado de Carne e Legumes hot.
