Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add the pork slices and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same skillet. Add the bell peppers, onion, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables.
- Transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
