Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
