Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
