Ingredients

  • 400g salted cod, soaked and flaked
  • 500g potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the flaked salted cod to the skillet and cook for a few minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
