Ingredients
- 400g salted cod, soaked and flaked
- 500g potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the flaked salted cod to the skillet and cook for a few minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
