Ingredients

  • 2 cups salted codfish, boiled and flaked
  • 4 cups breadfruit, boiled and diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the flaked saltfish and diced breadfruit to the skillet. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
