Ingredients
- 2 cups salted codfish, boiled and flaked
- 4 cups breadfruit, boiled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the flaked saltfish and diced breadfruit to the skillet. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the hash is heated through.
