Ingredients
- 1 lb salted cod, soaked and flaked

Instructions

- Heat oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the saltfish mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
