Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as snapper or sea bass)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions
