Ingredients
- 1 lb firm white fish, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, cayenne pepper, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the fish chunks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated fish chunks onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the fish kebabs for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fish is cooked through and has grill marks.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and serve hot.
