Ingredients
- 4 whole fish, such as sea bream or snapper, cleaned and scaled
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create a spice rub.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the fish, inside and out.
- Place the fish on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has a nice char.
- In another bowl, mix together parsley, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, and yogurt to create the sauce.
