Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the yogurt and chicken or vegetable broth. Whisk until smooth.
