Ingredients

  • 10 green Thai chilies
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Grind the green Thai chilies, shallots, garlic, and tomato in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a pan and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add salt, sugar, and lime juice to the pan, and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
