Ingredients
- 10 green Thai chilies
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Grind the green Thai chilies, shallots, garlic, and tomato in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a pan and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add salt, sugar, and lime juice to the pan, and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
