Ingredients

  • 300g kangkong (water spinach), washed and cut into 2-inch lengths
  • 3 tablespoons sambal belacan (spicy shrimp paste)

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  3. Add the sambal belacan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the kangkong and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the leaves are wilted and the stems are tender.

  6. Season with salt to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
