Ingredients

  • 10 green Thai chilies, stemmed
  • 5 shallots, peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Place the green chilies, shallots, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
