Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the shallots, garlic, and red chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
- Add the tomatoes, tamarind paste, and petai. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
