Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sambal tumis paste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add chicken and sambal tumis paste, stir-fry until chicken is cooked through.
- Add bell peppers, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
